Acceptance of Terms
Before you begin, please take a moment to carefully review these Terms of Use. By accessing or using our live or pre-recorded training courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
Course Enrolment and Payment
- Registration for our live/pre-recorded online training courses opens as soon as the course is announced.
- Enrolment in our live/pre-recorded online training courses is confirmed once we receive your full payment.
- Full payment is due anytime between the announcement of our live/pre-recorded online training courses and the start date of the course.
- While we don’t offer refunds for live online courses cancellations, you’ll receive a credit that can be applied towards any future live online training course.
- To help you make informed decisions, we provide full details about our pre-recorded training courses before purchase. Please review this information carefully as digital courses cannot be refunded or returned.
Course Access and Participation
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (computer, internet connection, webcam, microphone) to participate in the live online training course.
- Active participation is encouraged. While we understand that emergencies happen, consistent absences may affect your ability to grasp the content of the live online course.
Training Materials Ownership
- All content and materials provided as part of the live online/recorded training courses, including but not limited to course presentations, handouts, exercises, downloadable materials, and any recordings of live sessions, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- These materials are the exclusive property of Bombina PC and its branches or its instructors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal learning purposes only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Bombina PC and its branches.
Guidelines for Downloadable Materials
- Personal Use Only: Downloadable materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. This means you can use them for your own learning and development but not for any commercial purposes, or any commercial or non-commercial public display.
- Single Copy: You may download a single copy of each downloadable material for your own use.
- No Re-distribution: You may not share, distribute, or resell downloadable materials to others.
- No Alterations Or Copying: You may not alter, adapt, or create derivative works from the pre-recorded materials, nor may you make any copies of them, whether in whole or in part.
- Termination: Your license will terminate automatically if you violate any of the restrictions.
- Deletion of Materials: Upon termination, you must immediately delete all downloaded materials in your possession, regardless of format.

Exceptions
- In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction on our platform that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, we will make every effort to rectify the situation promptly.
- Should we be unable to restore access within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered as an exception.
